PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Trade Lake, Burnett County, Wisconsin, will be
holding a Public Hearing to update the Town’s Comprehensive Plan/Future Land Use Map and Narrative for the
Future Land Use Map as well as proposed amendments as outlined below on January 11th, 2024, at 6:00pm, during the Monthly Board meeting at the Town of Trade Lake Town Hall, 11811 Town Hall Road, Frederic, WI 54837.
The Town of Trade Lake Plan Commission met December 4th, 2023. The Town of Trade Lake Comprehensive
Plan Commission made recommended amendments to the Town’s Future Land Use Map and designation to
bring the Town of Trade Lake Future Land Use Map into compliance per State Statute 66.
The Town of Trade Lake Plan Commission also recommends the following amendments:
#1- PID: 07-034-2-37-18-22-3 02-000-011000 (40 acres) per rezone request from property owner Rural
Residential to Agriculture.
Additional recommended updates to the Future Land Map are to bring the map into compliance for portions of #2-4 and all of #5 of the following parcels for what they are currently being used for and not for any rezone purposes:
#2- PID: 07-034-2-37-18-22-2 03-000-013000 (20 acres) (RR to Ag)
#3- PID: 07-034-2-37-18-22-3 03-000-012000 (16.6 acres) (RR to Ag)
#4- PID: 07-034-2-37-18-22-3 03-000-011000 (20 acres) (RR to Ag)
#5- PID: 07-034-2-37-18-08-4 02-000-012000 (4.73 acres) (RR to General Commercial)
