REVALUATION NOTICE

A revaluation of property assessments in the Town of Trade Lake shall occur for the 2022 assessment year. The assessor, Ron Meyer with Meyer Assessing, will be in the Town of Trade Lake between April 1, 2022 and finishing by end of October 31, 2022. The approximate dates of the revaluation notices being sent to property owners is expected to be in Sept-Oct. 2022.

Please also notice that the Assessor has certain statutory authority to enter land as described in Wisconsin State Law (secs. 943.13 & 943.15, WI Stats).

The ability to enter land is subject to several qualifications and limitations, as described within the foregoing Statutes. Copies of the applicable statutes can be obtained at public depositories throughout the State of Wisconsin, and from the Wisconsin State Legislature website https://legis.wisconsin.gov/ or a copy may be obtained from the municipal clerk upon payment of applicable copying charges.

Tentative Schedule pending completion of revaluation:
Open Book is tentatively scheduled for September 24, 2022 (9am-12pm)
Board of Review is tentatively scheduled for October 1, 2022 (9-11am)
