Ever wonder why Veteran’s Day is on the November 11th?

WWI officially ended on the 11th month on the 11th day on the 11th hour. The poppies that we buy on Veteran’s Day should be worn on right side. The red represents the blood of all those who gave their lives. The black, the morning of those who didn’t hae their loved ones return home and the green leaf represents the grass and crops growing and future properity after the war destroyed so much. The leaf should be positioned at 11:00.  Thank a Veteran Today and any day.
