Notice is hereby given that as required by state law. that any person who owns, occupies or controls land in the Town of Trade Lake, County of Burnett, State of Wisconsin, to destroy all noxious weeds including: Canada Thistle, Wild Parsnip, Common Ragweed, Leafy Spurge and Field Blindweed (Creeping Jenny) prior to the time in which such plants would mature to the bloom or flower state. The growth of noxious weeds in excess of (8) inches in height from the ground surface shall be prohibited within the Town of Trade Lake. Noxious weeds shall include any weed, grass or similar growth which, if allowed to pollinate, would cause or produce hay fever in human beings or would cause a skin rash through contact with the skin. Destroy means the complete killing of weed plants above the surface of the ground by the use of chemicals, cutting, tillage, cropping system or any or all of these in effective, combination, at a time and manner as will effectually prevent the weed plants from maturing to the bloom or flower stage as required by Wisconsin SS 66.0407, Wis Stats.      Melissa McQuay, Clerk   Town of Trade Lake
