The Caucus was called to order by Chairman, Jim Melin.  There were 7 in attendance.  The Chair. called for an election of officials to conduct the Caucus.  By acclamation Marjean Legler will preside as Chair. of the Caucus and Marcia Lade as Supervisor.  Chair. Legler called for nominations for Chairman.  There was a nomination for Jim Melin by Jeff Lade, second by Roger Hinrichs.  There was a call for any other nominations.  Hearing none there was a motion to close the nominations for Chair. by Jeff Lade, second by Roger Hinrichs, Carried. The nominations were closed.  Chair.
