The meeting was called to order by Chairman,Jim Melin. All members of the board were present. Total of 15 in attendance. Minutes of the October 17 meeting were read. No corrrections. Lade/Hinrichs/carried. Treasurer's report was reviewed, 382,902.43 in available assets. Hinrich's/Lade/Carried. Resident Issues: The Swedish Mission Church will again be having a Christmas Program on December 23rd @ 4:30 pm. It was decided the town hall would host an open house from 2:30-4:30 that same day. Motion by Hinrich/Lade/carried to sign the Recycle control commission contract. Rich Hess informed the board that the request for rezone of the Seeger property on Little Trade Lake was denied by the County Zoning Committee, it was suggested they reduce the number of lots and reapply. Marjean Legler has been in contact with Adam Jarchow concerning issues with the UDC inspector, Dennis Quinn. It was discussed to possibly look for a new inspector, the clerk will send letters to inspectors requesting contracts and fee schedules by the December meeting. Jim will contact Dennis Quinn and invite him to the December meeting. No fire report Road Mantenence- Grading is almost done. 2 culverts on Agate Rd have been installed. Corey proposed using straight salt vrs a salt/sand mix. States the end costs are about the same. Board will consider. Bills in the amount of $19,761.58 were approved Lade/Hinrichs/carried. Next Meeting Wednesday December 6, 2017 6:00 pm. Agenda items approve election workers, UDC Inspector, discuss purchase of highway equipment.
